What is Marabela?
MaraBela is a premium alcohol-free sparkling tea crafted from organic teas and botanicals. It’s designed to elevate dining experiences with the refinement, balance, and pleasure of a beautiful bottle—without the alcohol.
Only 12 calories and 3 g of sugar per serving.
Is it completely alcohol-free?
Yes — MaraBela is 0.0% ABV. Not 0.5%, not “dealcoholized,” but fully alcohol-free.
What does Marabela taste like?
It is refreshing, aromatic, and delicately structured. You’ll find layers of citrus (lemon verbena), gentle florals (lavender, white peony), and the fresh, clean versatility of green teas. Fine bubbles give it lift and elegance.
Is Marabela a tea or a sparkling beverage?
Both. MaraBela brings the gastronomic balance of wine and the lightness of sparkling tea. It is crafted for the table, not the soda aisle.
What ingredients do you use?
MaraBela is crafted from:
- Organic Sencha green tea
- Organic Chun Mei green tea
- White Peony tea
- Lemon verbena
- Lavender
Does Marabela contain caffeine?
Yes, but very low — less caffeine than a decaf coffee. It’s gentle and suitable for any time of day.
Is Marabela sweetened?
It contains only 3 grams of sugar per serving, just enough to create balance with acidity and aromatics. No artificial sweeteners.
Is Marabela organic?
Our teas and botanicals are organic. Certification for the full product is in progress
Is Marabela gluten-free and vegan?
Yes — naturally gluten-free, vegan, and made with clean-label ingredients.
How should I serve Marabela?
Serve chilled at 38–45°F (3–7°C), similar to a premium sparkling wine. Pour into a wine glass to appreciate aromatics and bubbles.
Does Marabela pair with food?
Absolutely — this is what it was designed for. MaraBela pairs beautifully with a wide range of foods from seafood, sushi, pasta with herbs, lemon, or cream sauces, white meats, rice dishes, etc.
Where can I buy Marabela?
MaraBela is available in our website (Products – MaraBela Sparkling Tea) and at select restaurants, retailers, and specialty shops.
Do you ship across the United States?
Yes — we ship to all U.S. states and are expanding internationally.
How long does Marabela last?
Unopened, it stays at peak quality for 24 months. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
Do I need to refrigerate it?
Once opened, we recommend enjoying it within 3-4 days for best flavor and bubbles. If possible, use a champagne stopper or similar for preserving the bubbles longer.
Where is Marabela made?
MaraBela is made in Walla Walla, WA but is inspired by the connection between Northern Spain and Washington State, blending plants, culture, and craft from both regions.
Who created Marabela?
Created by siblings Ana and Jesús Martínez Bujanda Mora, combining gastronomy, nature, and modern living into a new mindful ritual.
Why sparkling tea?
Because there was no alcohol-free beverage that felt truly gastronomic, elegant, and designed for the table. MaraBela fills that space with intention and craft.
