Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened bottles.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@marabelatea.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Claims submitted after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
